Thank you so much for the birthday love, on blog and off! Kristiana, you made my day! And Judy, how you managed to make time for me amid moving a foreign exchange student in and your oldest child out is beyond me! I am so rich in friends, new and old, silver and gold.
I can't help but post about the fact that my sweet family, knowing me through and through as they do, gave me shiny silver gifts in sparkly silver packages. The picture above doesn't do it justice, but my new iTouch is polished shiny Airstream silver and so much fun. Now I'll have music, maps, weather, photos, videos, email, calendar (now what will my excuse for missing meetings be?), and even the internet with me at all times. And to think I remember when there was no such thing as color tv. I guess that means I've had quite a few birthdays, but that's ok. I'll take as many as I can get.
