omg...i was just catching up on the blog and found this little morsel. i must tell you, my parents have this very tree up in their basement--ALL YEAR LONG for fear that it will disintegrate if they try to put it away for the next year. i walked by it countless times over christmas break, and now it will make me think of you, shiny friend. :)
